VID NIGHT CHALLENGE

WELCOME ONE AND ALL TO THIS MONTHS VID NIGHT CHALLENGE.

This months Vid night will be on Saturday 21st Feb at 4pm Eastern (9pm for us Brits) Come one come all, bring your friends!

I haven't been around much lately but im here now with this challenge that has been a long time coming.

So the challenge is >>>>>

To make a video (obviously), but the music must be from the 70's or before. NO jumped up remixes please, although a more recent cover is acceptable so long as it's fairly true to the original song.

The Vid cam be make up of Whose Line, Green Screen, or anything that a Whoser has been in ie; Greg in True Jackson or Ryan in Two and half men etc. Its all good.

Please remember to TAG your vid #challenge/#wliialove plus any other tags you wish to add.

If you have any trouble finding a song or need some ideas please dont hesitate to ask me.

What Happened on the 20th Aug.

This is what happened when i went to London to see Greg on the 20th August armed with the Hoedown. Its not a big report on all that went on, on the stage as i know others have big reports on that.

Well during the day i was working up till 2pm (normally work till about 3.30) so i was rushing about trying to get everything done so i could leave early, which i did. Rushed home, got changed and speed off to the train station. Two hours later i arrived at King's cross very excited to be met by the lovely Becky. We grabbed some food at the station then lept on the underground to Picaddilly and joined the que outside The Comedy Store where i also met the wonderfull Sarah and her friends. We chatted away while Becky any myself munched on the food we bought at the station. I took a couple of photos.

A couple of people i didn't know but were very nice.

Anyway back to the report. About 6.30 we started to go in and get our ticket from the box office and got inside the club. Not as big as i expected it to be considering it held 400. We got our seats, second row in on the right of the stage. Once we got settled, some of us got drinks or food or like me went to the loo (over exceited) then went outside for a cig (band habit i know).
The tannoy came on and the announcer asked that if people were on their own could they please use up the odd seats so that others with friends could sit together. This is were i made a new friend called Kaye. She came over and sat on the odd chair next to me and we got talking, hence i introduced her to the joys of WLIIA LOVE (don't know if she's joined yet as she doesn't have her own pc). Shortly after this Becky poked me in the ribs and pointed behind us and low behold the Proopdog had just come in and was barely 3feet away, then he disappeared into the back room. At 8pm the show started and in came the improvers (Greg got the loudest cheer naturally) and the show started.
During the course of the show we had a very nice view of Gregs arse quite often, i might add. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a very nice paisley shirt. He looked gorgeous, not to mention he also looked as if he had lost weight. At one point Neil asked for theatre styles and i yelled out musical (while Greg was on the stage) and he spent the next 5 mins singing and dancing, I was exstatic.
Anyway, the show went on, we had an interval (I smoked some more) the show continued. Apparently SEX = Mc squared.
When the show finished (i never laughed so hard in 2 hours in my life) we sat around and chatted for a bit. Josie came out shortly after and Kaye and I got her autograph and photo, unfortunately the flash didn't work so no photo. She was really nice and friendly. Then Greg came out. I grabbed the Hoedown out of my bag and siddled up close behind a few people who got to him first. Then i got to him. I presented the Hoedown to him but he couldn't read it as it was too dark in the club, but he did accept it and posed for a pic.

For a guy who just spent 2 hours on stage he smelt really good.

I got a kiss on the cheek and a big hug. I was so thrilled. Then my new friend Kaye got his autograph and a pic taken.

We hung around for about 10 mins (Becky and Sarah had to dash off early to catch train etc) then Kaye and I left and went to get some food and exchange email addresses and phone numbers.

I then went back to the train station and tried to kip on the floor for 5 hours till i went home at 6am. Got home safely but didn't go to sleep till about 10pm on thurs eve and when i did close my eyes all i saw was GREG.

Hope you enjoyed my report, sorry i could'nt get more on giving Greg the Hoedown but there were alot of people waiting to see him.

I'm definately going to see him again next time he's at The Comedy Store. I advise everyone to see the show as well. It's well worth it.

I just found this site and i have plot bunny for anyone who wants to adopt it.

Its the middle of a quiet day in the hub and everyone is catching up on paperwork etc. Ianto is handing out coffee when Jack appears on one of the over looking rails dressed in a Tux and proceeds to seranade Ianto in front of everyone.
